New Year, New Resolutions...sort of

There are some changes I need to make and I thought I would take advantage of the New Year and the tradition of  'starting new' and make a few resolutions.  Then I examine my own history of New Year's and such resolutions and I knew that probably wouldn't make for lasting change.  This year I am making oaths, not resolutions.  Oaths...resolutions...semantics but to me personally, 'oath' is more binding than a New Year's resolution. My oaths for bettering myself in the coming year: 1.  Health- lose weight.  I am fat. I am not happy with my weight.  My weight is negatively affecting my health.  At my last check up (last week), I weighed 252 p
